Associate, you will be responsible for coordinating daily financial
and administrative processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and
compliance with established procedures. The idea candidate will
have strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt to changing
priorities and commitment to maintain high production and quality
standards. This position requires working in a fast-paced,
deadline-driven environment with a focus on accuracy, efficiency,
and collaboration. About the role What you need to know: Coordinate
daily processing of wires and checks for deposit set up Manage
return of funds, stop payments, and reissuance of checks Processing
incoming and outgoing PCRA transfers with accuracy and timeliness
Review and resolve file errors, providing clear communication and
follow-up with internal groups Review daily reports and reconcile
monthly and quarterly PRCA fees Work across multiple applications
and systems to complete tasks Update and maintain client data
changes Partner with internal and external customers to complete
processes both verbally and in writing Maintain high work
standards, meeting production and quality goals consistently
Support special projects, including research and resolution of
complex account issues Apply strong analytical and problem-solving
skills to evaluate and implement effective resolutions Perform
additional duties as assigned to support departmental goals Work
across multiple applications and systems to complete tasks What
we’re looking for: Experience: 1 years of clerical or
administrative experience is required Proficiency with all
Microsoft applications Strong organization, communication, and
analytical problem-solving skills Ability to prioritize and adapt
to shifting deadlines while maintaining accuracy and efficiency
Team-Oriented with the ability to build collaborative working
relationships Willingness to cross-train in other business units
within Client Contribution Services or where needed to support
business continuity Flexibility to work rotating shifts
(7:30am-4:30pm AND 8:00am-5:00pm CST) Availability to work overtime
as needed Work Location This position is based in Corebridge
Financial’s Amarillo, TX office and is subject to our hybrid
