Answer customer inquiries via phone, email with professionalism and
efficiency. Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician
availability to optimize customer satisfaction. Provide accurate
information about services, pricing, and promotions to customers.
Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, ensuring a
positive experience. Maintain detailed records of customer
interactions and transactions in our CRM system. Collaborate with
team members to enhance service delivery and improve processes.
Assist in follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction
post-service. Stay informed about industry trends and company
offerings to provide knowledgeable support. Requirements: High
school diploma or equivalent; additional education in customer
service or related field preferred. Previous experience in customer
service, preferably in the HVAC or home services industry
preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a
friendly and professional demeanor. Strong problem-solving
abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations with
grace. Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer
applications. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced
environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
