Job Description:The Community Relations Manager (CRM) reports to
the Suburban Segment Business Support Manager and is responsible
for supporting multiple markets in executing the local market
strategy. The CRM is focused on project management and support
including (but not limited to) brand management, budget, assets,
events, communications, and reporting. The CRM will build and
maintain relationships as needed with internal and external
partners at the direction of the LMO Market Executives in the
markets they support. Markets covered will be Amarillo, San Luis
Obispo, Reno, Spokane/Boise, and Wichita. Open to candidates in
Pacific or Central time zone markets. Responsibilities:Assist the
Local Market Executives (ME) to successfully execute the local
market strategic priorities, including the effective and strategic
use of local market assets, national partnerships and
sponsorships.Support the company and market(s) brand
representation, philanthropic initiatives and sponsorship process,
including event planning and execution (response gathering;
ordering supplies; AV needs; food selection, vendor set-up)
communications and ticket supportAssist the ME in executing the
local market philanthropic funding strategy through the Bank of
America Charitable Foundation. Programs include two RFP grant
cycles, racial equity and economic opportunity grants, Neighborhood
Champions and Student Leaders.Execute internal and external
communications, especially related to market-wide and regional
communications.Business Integration engagement through
understanding of key metrics and activation of related events as
needed.Support the local markets execution of Community Development
(CD) Services strategy.Fiscal Management: process invoices
including collection of needed documentation from external
partners, collect split invoice approvals with internal partners,
monitor and record JV entries, maintain current/accurate
accounting, research transactions, budget reconciliation and
balancing each month, facilitate and enter monthly forecast.Support
market volunteerism serving as a liaison with local BACCV Chapter
leads. May include coordination and management of volunteers, as
needed.Support Executive visits including providing materials,
collecting and formatting bios, supporting related events.Pull
reports as needed including HR reports for communication and
planning, market Dashboard, business integration, interim
MarketScape reports, Cybergrants giving, and others that may
arise.Inventory and share best practices across markets.Assist
w/onboarding new leadership team member, including communications
lists, collect bios, necessary accesses to SharePoints, etc.Follow
protocols for maintaining electronic file organization (ex: shared
drives, SharePoint sites).Required Skills:3-5 years of analytical
experience preferably in a high matrix environment3-5 years of
experience working on projects and/or eventsProven experience
managing multiple competing priorities with strong prioritization,
organization and time management skillsStrong communications
skills, verbal and writtenAdvanced computer skills - proficiency in
creating decks and working with Excel and One NoteAttention to
detailStrength in collaboration and creativitySelf-directed and
