Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Customer Communications
Program Manager in the United States who will support strategic
initiatives, develop communication programs, and drive customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Support strategic efforts and provide counsel on cross-team
priority projects and communications audit for the customer success
organization
Develop and execute a consistent communications program, producing
high-quality internal and external communications assets and
narratives
Drive crisis communication efforts to support customer escalations,
critical incidents, and corporate events that may impact customer
perception
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in consulting, project, and/or
communications program management
5+ years of experience in a public communications role in a large
corporation
5+ years of experience working with and influencing executive
audiences
Bachelor's degree or related experience and/or training
Ability to work in a diverse, dynamic, fast-paced global
environment and collaborate across teams
