Job Description:
A company is looking for an Installation/Conversion Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team responsible for plan setup and installation, ensuring
timely and accurate completion
Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and
stakeholders
Participate in process improvement efforts and guide the team
towards onboarding objectives
Required Qualifications:
5-10 years of relevant work experience, including managerial
experience
Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
In-depth knowledge of the retirement services industry
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
NASD Series 6 license required, or obtainable within 6 months of
hire
