treatment of patients under the direction of a physicianInterviews
patients, measures vital signs (i.e., pulse rate, temperature,
blood pressure, weight, and height), venipunctures and procedures
as directed by the physician within the scope of practice in the

LICENSES/REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED:High school diploma or
equivalentMedical Assistant certificate of completion required
and/or one year experience as a Medical AssistantFamiliarity with
medical terminologyExperience with patient check-in and check-out
process (according to clinic protocol)Current BLS certification
