Shifts: 7:00AM - 7:30PM

Number of openings: 1
Minimum 2 years of recent experince
Responsible for the direct and indirect patient care duties assigned to them following policies and procedures of the institution.
The Cardiac Cath Lab Tech will assist with patient care including but not limited to the following: Scrubbing, circulating, and documenting diagnostic and interventional heart caths , diagnostic and interventional peripheral, PFO, ASD, TAVR and EKOS, Impella, TEE, Cardioversion, IVC filter, periocardiocentesis, IABP, CardioMEMS, Temporary pacemakers, Valvuluoplasty procedures.

Skills:
Exemplifies BSA culture.
Provides care under scope of practice.
Compliance with mandatory learning modules, policies, safety standards, department operations.
Must have the ability to effectively communicate.
Is flexible, organized and functions under stressful situations.
Provide competent care for the patients requiring procedures that are performed within our department.

Education:
Previous cath lab experience preferred.
Patient care preferred.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Graduate of accredited School of Radiology
Current License as RT in the State of Texas
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification
