Responsibilities Full-Time positions eligible for a sign-on bonus of up to $12,000. The Diagnostic Imaging Tech II or Cardiac Cath Lab Tech is accountable for the health status and health needs of their patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with the patients and the interdisciplinary healthcare team members. The Registered Nurse is accountable for the health status and health needs of their patients based upon interpretation of health data and preventative health practices in collaboration with the patients and the interdisciplinary healthcare team members. The Cath Lab staff RN will assist as scrub, circulator/sedation RN and monitors for interventional cardiology procedures. Qualifications Licenses and Certifications:-Certified Medical Radiologic Technologist (CMRT) American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) Associates Degree of Radiology preferred OR -RCIS OR -Current Texas RN license CPR certified from American Heart Association or American Red Cross requiredACLS certified Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:Minimum of 1-year acute care experience requiredInterventional Cardiology/Cath Lab, Critical Care, or Emergency Services nursing preferredAssess, plan, evaluates, documents total nursing processCritical thinking skillsAbility to work as a team extremely importantOrganized, able to prioritize and multi-taskSelf-motivated, adaptable and being flexible are a mustComputer skills necessary; EMR Epic documentation; Mac-Lab Hemodynamic Recording System Clear and effective communication with physicians, patients, families, multiple departments and other healthcare professionalsCompassionate customer service skillsCommitted to patient and family satisfaction
