Job Description:

Hospitalist needed to start as soon as credentialed in Amarillo, TX.

BC/BE Internal Medicine
Acute Hospital
Schedule: 7a-7p
Mainly PRN, Shifts will be scheduled monthly
470 Hospital Beds
Open ICU with 60 Beds
4 Day Providers / 1 Night Provider
No APP Coverage
Day Census: 15-20
Night Census: 5-10
Day Admits: 3-10
Night Admits: 5-10
Hospitalist will respond with RRT.
Texas Tech University Team is responsible for running codes
Required Procedures: Central Lines, EKG, Paracentesis, Lumbar Puncture, Vent Management
Specialty Service Support Available
EMR: Cerner
Credentialing: 60 days, temps privileges are available if able to cover immediate dates.
$1250 referral bonus received for any referral who works 30 days.
