        • Graduate of an accredited or NLN-approved RN program

        • De-escalation training within 90 days of hire; does not require maintainin
        • Ongoing compliance with demonstration of clinically pertinent competencies as determined by the facility.Emergency Department:
          • ACLS within 3 months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment
          • PALS within 3 months of hire and maintain certifications throughout employment.
          • TNCC within 6 months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
          • ENPC encouraged
          • Handle with Care within 3 months of hire and maintain certification throughout employment.
