in a confined and mobile critical care transport

to respond to phone calls quickly.Ability to evaluate and interpret
information and make decisions as a critical care team.Ability to
repeatedly twist, squat, stoop, bend, grasp, use fine hand
coordination, push, and pull.Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

dosagesQualification and Requirements:Graduate of an accredited
paramedic school or state recognized paramedic programNational
Registry Paramedic CertificationMust obtain certification in all
states served by assigned base within 45 days of hireMinimum of 3
years experience as a Paramedic in high an acuity setting including
a busy 911 service.Must have current BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS. Must
obtain NRP certification within 3 months of hire and must maintain
throughout employment.Advanced trauma course (one of the following)
within 6 months of hire - ATLS Audit with advance pathophysiology
and skills labFP-C or CCP-C is required within 2 years of
employmentCompletion of NIMS 100 and 200, within one year of hire
is requiredLive in or be willing to relocate to the region (within

supervision of the Senior Director of Clinical Operations and/or
Senior Clinical Manager & Clinical Base Lead. The Flight Paramedic
assures provision of care to an assigned patient population in a
professional manner, utilizing the critical care process and the
principles of continuous Quality Improvement in collaboration with
other health team members, including other employees of Apollo
MedFlight and the staff of the different EMS services and hospitals
served. The Flight Paramedic must be ready to perform other
responsibilities besides patient care, including but not limited to
base specific duties, customer service and performing education
duties based on program and community needs. The Flight Paramedic
must support an organizational culture for Service Excellence and
practice the Service Excellence standards to all customer groups.by
