We are hiring a -daytime Hospitalist and a Nocturnist -position. A -Nocturnist -role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a -nocturnal -schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

  Qualifications:
  
  • 
    
  • Board certified/eligible in Internal Medicine.
    
  • We can consider Family Medicine with 2 plus years of hospitalist experience.
    
  • Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in Texas.
    
  • New Grads are welcome to apply (2025 only).

    Practice in the Heart of the Community
    Flexible Scheduling:
    
    • 
      
    • Nocturnist position; hours are 7 pm - 7 AM, 7 on/off.
      
    • Daytime Hospitalist position, 7 am-7 pm, 7 on/off.
      
      Key Responsibilities:
      
      • 
        
      • Provide comprehensive medical care and post operative care.
        
      • Support the code team and provide basic life support, advanced cardiovascular life support, pediatric advanced life support, and advanced trauma life support where needed.
        
      • Procedures are preferred but not required; training is available. This is not a deal breaker.

            • Compensation: Competitive compensation includes a base salary of $318,500 to $365,000 per year (based on 182.5 shifts/year), with per-shift rates of $1,750 for day shifts and $2,000 for night shifts.
