Responsibilities The Nurse Manager is responsible for assisting the
Director with the overall leadership responsibilities of the
department in accordance with established nursing standards,
philosophy and BSA mission/vision. The Nurse Manager serves as a
vital link between management and the clinical staff as well as
strives to achieve efficient, safe and cost effective patient care.
Qualifications Job Requirements: Graduate of accredited School of
Nursing BSN or actively enrolled/pursuing BSN, must complete within
24 months Current License as RN in State of Texas American Heart
Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification
ACLS, PALS and TNCC corresponding to area of service Preferred Job
Requirements: Previous acute care experience Demonstrates
leadership and management skills in a healthcare environment Strong
written and verbal communication skills Three years of experience
