Job Description Job Title: Per Diem ICU/ER Registered Nurse
Location: Hereford, TX Department: Nursing Summary Lincoln Group is
seeking experienced and reliable ICU and ER Registered Nurses for
per diem assignments. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in
high-acuity, fast-paced environments and are looking for flexible,
shift-based work. You’ll be responsible for providing top-tier
patient care in intensive care units and emergency departments
across our client facilities. Candidates must have recent ICU or ER
experience and hold current TNCC, BLS, ACLS, and PALS
certifications. Key Responsibilities - Provide critical care to
patients in ICU and emergency settings - Respond quickly and
effectively to changes in patient condition - Administer
medications, manage IVs, and monitor vital signs - Collaborate with
physicians and interdisciplinary teams - Ensure accurate and timely
documentation in medical records - Adhere to facility policies,
safety protocols, and clinical standards Requirements - Active RN
license in [Insert State or Compact License if applicable] -
Minimum 1 year of recent ICU or ER experience required - Current
certifications: TNCC, BLS, ACLS, and PALS - Ability to work 12-hour
shifts on a per diem basis, including weekends and holidays -
Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and communication skills
