Key Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality emergency care to patients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. - Work 275 day shifts and 295 night shifts annually (don’t worry, we’ll let you catch up on sleep in between). - Be part of a supportive team with no on-call duties – because you deserve a work-life balance. - Deliver patient care that adheres to all regulatory guidelines and hospital protocols. - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. - Be prepared to make tough calls, but don’t worry – no one will judge you for that pizza you ate during a break. Compensation and Benefits: - $275/hour base pay – because we know your time is valuable. - $40/hour RVU – your hard work and dedication will be rewarded! - Stipend – we like to keep things comfortable for you. - Full-Time (FT) – because you deserve a stable and fulfilling role. - W2 Employment – you won’t have to worry about the complexities of self-employment taxes. - Visa Sponsorship – H1B and J1 visas are welcome, because talent knows no borders. Qualifications: - ABEM certification is required (we’re all about those credentials). - 2025 residents – yes, you’re included, no need to wait another year. - Excellent clinical skills and the ability to handle the unpredictability of emergency medicine. - Ability to work well in a team, and a sense of humor is always a bonus! - Must be a licensed physician in the state of Texas or eligible for licensure.
