(SNF) Skilled Nursing for a travel job in Clovis, New Mexico. Job

days Employment Type: Travel DextroMedical is seeking a skilled and
compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a contract role at
a well-respected nursing and rehabilitation facility in Clovis, NM.
This is a great opportunity to provide quality care to both
long-term residents and short-term rehab patients in a supportive
team environment. Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality patient
care in accordance with LPN scope of practice Assist RNs and other
team members in daily nursing care routines Monitor patient health
and document changes in condition Administer medications and
treatments as prescribed Communicate effectively with patients,
families, and multidisciplinary teams Support residents' personal
care needs with dignity and compassion Qualifications: Active LPN
license in the state of New Mexico (or compact) Minimum 1 year of
experience in long-term care or rehab preferred BLS certification
required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Location:
Clovis, NM Contract Length: 11 Weeks Start Date: July 3, 2025 –
September 7, 2025 Facility Type: Nursing Home & Rehabilitation
Center Shift: Days – 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM Schedule: 36 hours/week
guaranteed (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) Pay Package: $1,850 Gross
Weekly Local Rate: $49.50/hr DextroMedical Job ID GEN-8792927. Pay
package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject
to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
