Doctor of Medicine | Family Practice Location: Amarillo, TX Employer: Curative Pay: $200,000 to $550,000 per year Start Date: ASAP About the Position Family Medicine Opportunity in Amarillo, Texas Build your ideal outpatient practice in a rapidly growing part of Amarillo with a respected, physician-led group! Practice Overview Join a collaborative group of 7 Family Medicine physicians and over 80 providers across multiple specialties Open a new, modern clinic with 3 exam rooms per physician and access to your own midlevel support as your panel grows Fully outpatient practice with no hospital call; after-hours calls handled via answering service with minimal interruptions Additional earning potential through midlevel supervision stipends and in-house ancillary services including hormone therapy and allergy testing Schedule Design your own schedule; many physicians work Monday-Thursday, 8 AM-5 PM, with optional half-days on Fridays No inpatient duties and no hospital call obligations Compensation & Benefits $200,000 base salary paid monthly, with bonus potential 75% share of net profits once ramped; average physician earnings are $500K, with top earners exceeding $950K $20,000-$25,000 sign-on bonus and up to $12,500 in relocation assistance Additional revenue opportunities via in-house allergy testing and hormone therapy services Community & Location Highlights Live in one of Amarillo's most desirable, fast-growing areas, featuring affordable housing and top-rated schools Access abundant outdoor recreation including Palo Duro Canyon and a vibrant arts scene Convenient regional airport with direct flights to major cities Benefit from a low cost of living and a supportive, family-friendly community environment
