This unit cares for a blend of med/surg and intermediate-care patients, offering diverse clinical experience and high acuity exposure. Unit Details Patient Population: Med/Surg Intermediate Care Nurse-to-Patient Ratio: 1:4 to 1:6 , depending on patient acuity and assignment Environment: Fast-paced step-down unit supporting varied levels of patient needs Shift Information Nights – 19:00 to 07:30 Flexible schedule options: 3×12 or 4×12 Local Candidate Policy Local candidates not accepted .
