Occupational Therapist Location: Clovis, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,546 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 27 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: Occupational Therapist Profession: Occupational Therapist Specialty: - Duration: 26 weeks Shift: 8am-5pm Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Two (2) years current experience required in specialty License: State Occupational Therapist license Certifications: BLS certification required Must-Have: Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment. At least one thirteen (13) week previous travel assignment. Experience in all areas of home health care, outpatient, and acute care is required. Description: Floating between departments and local locations within 20 miles is required. The Occupational Therapist will plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy. Evaluates and treats patients regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of function, occupation, and developmental disorders. Oversees and ensures a comprehensive rehabilitation program designed to meet the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and immediate environmental well-being of the patient. Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination by optimizing outside resource utilization to achieve the highest level of independence. Coordinates and communicates with various disciplines or services involved in patient care. Coordinates efforts toward discharge goals established at initial evaluation and during the episode of care. Evaluate and treat acute care inpatient and outpatient populations, primarily outpatient.
