Occupational Therapist Location: Clovis, NM Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,466 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 27 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position ID: 75156992 Shift: 8am-5pm OP and acute care 5x8 Hr Description: Floating between departments and or local locations within 20 miles is required.Job Summary:-OT will plan and implement specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of Occupational Therapy.-Evaluates and treats patients regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of function/occupation and developmental disorders.-Oversees and ensures a comprehensive rehabilitation program designed to meet the physical, cognitive, psychosocial, and immediate environmental well-being of the patient.-Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination by optimizing outside resource utilization to achieve the highest level of independence.-Coordinates and communicates with various disciplines or services involved in patient care.-Coordinates efforts toward discharge goals established at initial evaluation and during episode of care.-Evaluate and Treat Acute Care Inpatient and Outpatient population (PRIMARILY OUTPATIENT).Skills: Required Skills & Experience:-Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment.-At least one thirteen 13 week previous travel assignment.-Two (2) years current experience required in specialty.-Must have experience in all areas HHC, OP, Acute.Preferred Skills & Experience:-EPIC experience; can train on-site.Education: Required Education:-Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy.Preferred Education:-Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy.Required Certifications & Licensure:-NM state Occupational Therapist license. -BLS certification required.-BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.Preferred Certifications & Licensure:-N/AJob Category: Clinical - Allied Guaranteed Hours: 40.00 Contract Requirements Required for Onboarding MLH Occupational Therapist Job Description Occupational Therapist Skills Checklist Occupational Therapy Exam
