FSS [1276] Program: Dumas/Dalhart, Texas – Family Support
Specialist (FSS) Salary range: Case Manager II: $43,305.60 Annually
Case Manager III: $46,009.60 Annually Shift available: Full-time At

Family & Youth Specialist: Staff will maintain ethical and
professional communications at all times using respectful
Trauma-Informed Care language Serves as a Family Support Specialist
for TPC's Family and Youth Success Program providing care to family
and youth Direct Care position that will be responsible for
screening and assessment, crisis intervention, family and
individual skills training using evidenced based curriculum, and
providing community outreach Provide services via phone &
face-to-face, in both home and community-based settings Spend at
least half of his/her working time directly working with the youth,
family, and/or family supports Provide services in Dumas/Dalhart
and in the regional areas of the Texas Panhandle as needed Adheres
to TPC Business Code of Conduct and reports concern if ethical
and/or business standards defined in the code are compromised
Required qualifications of the Family & Youth Specialist to be
successful in the job: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college
or university with a major in psychology, sociology, social work,
counseling, or other related human services field Minimum one (1)
year work experience directly working with at-risk youth and
families For Case Manager II, minimum one (1) year of experience in
behavioral health case management For Case Manager III, minimum two
(2) years of experience in behavioral health case management
Graduate work may be substituted for up to one (1) year of
experience Employees may be required to utilize their personal
