CT Tech Location: Amarillo, TX Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,488 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/2/2026 About the Position Job Title: Technologist Profession: Healthcare Specialty: Computed Tomography (CT) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Sun-Tues every other Sat, with 5 to 6 call shifts per month Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: At least 1 year of CT experience; competent in X-ray required License: Texas Medical Board License required Certifications: ARRT Certified required Must-Have: - Must live 100 miles away Description: Operate Computed Tomography (CT) and radiographic equipment and processors. Analyze body habitus to correctly adjust technical factors. Position the body correctly per the physician's orders. Obtain pertinent clinical data to consistently produce high-quality radiographs. Reduce unnecessary radiation exposure to patients and self. Assist physicians during procedures, including room preparation and supplies. Manage contrast reactions and codes as needed. Schedule and complete exams and enter correct charge codes. Requirements Required for Onboarding BLS Skills Checklist Specialty Exam
