Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this
role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients undergoing
rehabilitation from serious illnesses or injuries. You will play a
pivotal role in helping patients achieve their recovery goals
through our comprehensive inpatient rehabilitation, home health,
and hospice services. Our ideal candidate is someone who thrives in
a collaborative environment and is committed to improving patients'
quality of life. Assess patient conditions through routine
check-ups. Administer medications, provide treatments, and monitor
outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to
create and implement personalized care plans. Educate patients and
their families on treatments, rehabilitation techniques, and
ongoing care solutions. Maintain accurate patient records and
adhere to healthcare regulations. Participate in professional
development and follow best practices in nursing care. Strong
clinical skills in patient assessment and care Ability to
effectively communicate and educate patients and families
Proficiency in managing multiple patient care priorities Knowledge
of healthcare regulations and hospital procedures Compassion and
sensitivity in patient interactions Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid state Registered Nurse (RN)
license. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
