Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. In
this role, you will provide direct nursing care to patients
recovering from serious illnesses or injuries, overseeing their
recovery and rehabilitation. By joining our dynamic team, you will

encouraged. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer
medications and treatments timely and according to policy Monitor,
record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing
computerized documentation systems. Instruct and educate patients
and families through recovery processes. Supervise and guide
nursing staff and assist with training new nurses. Ensure
compliance with all health and safety regulations within the
clinical environment. Proven ability to work autonomously and
collaboratively as part of a team Strong assessment and
decision-making skills Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills Adept at balancing multiple priorities and responding to
emergency situations effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of employment BLS and ACLS Certification preferred
