This role is pivotal in helping patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries regain their mobility and improve their quality of life. Conduct patient evaluations to assess mobility issues, pain levels, and other physical complexities Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs and medical history Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patient outcomes Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and home-based recovery strategies Regularly assess patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Maintain accurate patient records and document patient status and treatment goals Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients Strong expertise in physical therapy techniques and tools Excellent patient assessment and management skills Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid physical therapy license CPR and First Aid certifications
