Perform comprehensive eye exams to diagnose and treat eye diseases and vision disorders. Prescribe corrective lenses and eyeglasses. Manage pre- and post-operative care for patients undergoing eye surgeries. Provide vision therapy and low vision rehabilitation. Keep accurate patient records and manage scheduling of follow-up visits. Coordinate with other healthcare providers to integrate eye care with overall health strategies. Proficient in using optometric instruments and equipment. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage time efficiently and multitask effectively. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Valid state license to practice optometry. Board certification in Optometry is preferred but not required.
