As an Occupational Therapist with Aveanna, you will design and implement treatment strategies that are tailored to individual needs, focusing on improving daily functioning and facilitating recovery. You will work in a supportive environment that emphasizes patient and caregiver education, allowing for sustained health and well-being in a home setting. Assess patient condition to formulate an effective occupational therapy treatment plan. Implement therapeutic interventions to facilitate recovery and improve skills needed for daily activities. Educate patients and their families on interventions and strategies aimed at promoting overall well-being. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care. Regularly evaluate patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly. Maintain clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory and company standards. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Expertise in developing and executing treatment plans Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using industry-standard technology and equipment Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current and unrestricted state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. NBCOT certification preferred.
