Outpatient, Level 4 ER 1 weekend/month, inpatient/swing bed. 4 or
4.5 day workweek. Guaranteed base salary plus production, NO
transition to a productivity only model. Be the only physician to
lead a dedicated team with supportive administration. Reasonable
patient volume - Work life balance is an organizational priority.
$50k starting bonus/stipend plus up to $100k student loan
