Physical Therapist Location: Clovis, NM Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,695 to $2,777 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 27 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute) StartDate: 5/4/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $2695.00 - $2777.00 Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT-NM Certifications: BLS(Copy Needed) OR Physical Therapist, Outpatient SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience. -Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds. -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications EPIC experience; can train on-site. Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
