Physical Therapist Location: Clovis, NM Agency: AMN Healthcare Allied Pay: $2,738 to $2,822 per week Shift Information: 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 26 Weeks Start Date: 4/20/2026 About the Position Job Description & Requirements Physical Therapist - Acute - (PT - Acute) StartDate: 4/20/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D/E/N Pay Rate: $2738.00 - $2822.00 PT - IP/OP needed asap Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience. -Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds. -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment. -At least one 13 week previous travel assignment. -Two (2) years current experience required in specialty. Must have a New Mexico PT License. -BLS certification completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross. Required Qualifications Physical Therapist, Acute Experience: 2 years Licenses: PT-NM Certifications: BLS(Copy needed) OR Physical Therapist, Pedi SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history References: 1 Reference in entire work history Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy. Must have Inpatient and Outpatient Experience. -Must have at least one year of Peds PT experience if working in Peds. -Must be a team player, flexible, and accustomed to fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications EPIC experience; can train on-site. Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
