Physical Therapist Location: Clovis, NM Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,846 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 27 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: - Duration: 27 weeks Shift: M-F 8-5, 1 weekend Saturday-Sunday per month as scheduled Hours per Shift: 8 Experience: Minimum of two (2) years current experience required in specialty. Must have inpatient and outpatient experience. Must have at least one year of pediatric physical therapy experience if working in pediatrics. License: Must have a state PT license. Certifications: BLS certification completed through an accredited organization. Must-Have: Basic computer skills. Understanding of rules and regulations of specific settings. Knowledge of principles of growth and development. Ability to evaluate and treat patients from 18 years old and older. Team player, flexible, and accustomed to a fast-paced environment. Description: Floating between departments and/or local locations within 20 miles is required. Evaluates patients regarding the application of a wide variety of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical and developmental disorders. Requires detailed knowledge of physical therapy in terms of what and how work is to be done as well as why it is done; this level includes interpretation of data. Evaluates and treats patients regarding the application of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical function. Must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span of patients served. Oversees and ensures a comprehensive rehabilitation program designed to meet the physical, psychosocial, and immediate environmental well-being of the patient. Promotes patient/caregiver self-determination by optimizing outside resource utilization to achieve the highest level of independence. Coordinates and communicates with various disciplines or services involved in patient care. Coordinates efforts toward discharge goals established during the episode of care. Acts as a patient advocate. Other duties may be assigned. Settings may include inpatient, outpatient, long-term care, community-based care, and home health care. Evaluates and treats infants, children, and adolescents for various health conditions. Addresses motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, gait, and more. Interviews children and family members, using physical examination to diagnose movement disorders. Floats to adult units if needed if pediatric patient census fluctuates. Evaluates and treats pediatric patients from birth to 18 years old, regarding the application of therapeutic interventions for rehabilitation of physical function. Settings may include inpatient and inpatient emergency departments. Preferred experience includes EPIC; training can be provided on-site. Pediatric skills are preferred but not required.
