Are you a dedicated Neurologist looking to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our Veterans? The Amarillo VA Health Care System is seeking a passionate and skilled Neurologist to join our team. You will be providing specialized care to patients with a variety of neurological conditions including seizure disorders, multiple sclerosis, neurodegenerative disorders, migraines, and much more. Incentives: Recruitment-Relocation Incentive Available Key Responsibilities: Conduct neurologic consultations and provide follow-up care to patients. Collaborate with primary care physicians on a consulting basis for patients exhibiting neurological symptoms. Diagnose neurological disorders and order diagnostic tests, such as blood tests and imaging, to assist in identification. Perform and evaluate the outcomes of procedures including Lumbar punctures, Tensilon tests, and EEGs. Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient‘s specific condition. Direct the activities of nurses and medical technicians in patient treatment. Regularly evaluate patient progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
