Presbyterian is hiring an Nurse Tech to join our Medical Surgical

0.90 Job Exempt: No Work Shift: 12 Hour Days (United States of
America) Responsibilities: The Nurse Tech performs specific patient
care procedures (such as, phlebotomy, wound care, gastric and
urethral tube insertion and bedside testing) under the direction of
a licensed Nurse and / or performs specific support-procedures for
the operation of the Med Surg Department. Operates patient
monitoring systems. Coordinates equipment and/or supply systems.
Qualifications: High school or equivalent plus specialized,
short-term training in medical / surgical patient care or the
delivery of special care. One to three years' experience preferred.
Receives on-the-job training and competency verification to perform
primary functions. Completion of a PHS Non-Licensed Assistive
Personnel course or similar training required prior to entering
classification. Formal medical technician or military training
