experience within the last 6 months Ability to work in a nurse to
patient ratio of 1:6 Description: Seeking a Medical Surgical
Registered Nurse for a night shift position. The position offers
3x12 or 4x12 hour shifts. Candidates must have at least 1 year of
inpatient medical/surgical nursing experience. Recent Epic
experience is preferred. Nurse to patient ratio is 1:6. The unit
has 10 rooms/beds. Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not
eligible to apply. Candidates must have BLS certification.
Experience in peripheral line care/management, isolation
precautions, and non-invasive airway management is required. Must
be comfortable floating to units of equal or lesser acuity.
Pre-approved time off is limited. This position includes experience
with adult and geriatric patient populations. Daily census on the
unit is approximately 8 patients. Interdisciplinary support
includes physical therapy, respiratory services, and pharmacy among
