Job Description:
H2 Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board
Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our interdisciplinary
healthcare team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional
behavioral analysis services, improving the life quality of our
patients with behavioral needs through tailored therapy sessions.
As a BCBA at H2 Health, you will develop and implement
comprehensive treatment plans, supervise Behavior Technicians, and
work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure
holistic patient-centric care. This role is ideal for individuals
passionate about enhancing patient outcomes and advancing in a
team-based environment. Conduct behavioral assessments and design
behavior intervention plans. Implement, monitor, and adjust
individualized treatment plans based on patient response and
progress. Document patient care and maintain accurate records in
accordance with regulatory bodies. Provide training and supervision
to Behavioral Technicians and other support staff. Collaborate with
other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive treatment.
Advocate for clients and families to access necessary resources and
supports. Lead group therapy sessions as required. Stay current
with research and best practices in the field of behavior analysis
and apply new knowledge into practice. In-depth knowledge of
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication
skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proficient in data collection and analysis to inform treatment
plans. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
certification. Licensed to practice in the state (if
applicable).
