And today, we?re defining the future of on demand mobility\. **A Dayin the Life of a Human Resources Intern** Bell Helicopter isseeking students for a **Human Resources Internship** interestedin Human Resources in one or more of the following areas: Talent Acquisition,HR Business Partner, Culture and People Development or Total Rewards\. **Responsibilities MayInclude** **:** + Manage human resources policies, procedures and programs\. + Assist management in the decision\-making process of different human resources functions: organization, staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, employee development opportunities, employee orientation and training, etc\. + Active participation in recruiting and selection processes\. + Assuring compliance with state and federal regulations\. + Assuring an employee\-oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes quality, productivity and standards, goal attainment, and the recruitment and ongoing development of a superior workforce\. The intern will work full\-time during the 11 weeks of theinternship\. **Qualifications** **EducationRequirements** **:** + Must be a current student enrolled in a university and pursuing a Bachelor?s degree or higher at the time of the Summer Intern Program\. + Degree inHuman Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or closely relatedstrongly preferred\. + Must have completed a minimum of 60 credit hours by the start of the internship\. + 3\.0 minimum overall, undergraduate GPA\. **MinimumRequirements for a Human Resources Intern at Bell** **:** + Must be able to fulfill the full length of the Summer Intern Program \(May 28th ? August 9th\)\. + Strong verbal and written communication skills\. + Excellent follow up skills and attention to detail\. + Strong customer service skills\. **Ideal Candidates AlsoHave:** + Ability to maintain confidentiality of all aspects of job responsibilities\. + Ability to multi task and meet deadlines\. + Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with management and employees\. + Ability to exchange information clearly and concisely and to present ideas, report facts, and other information\. + Works conscientiously both autonomously and within a team environment\.
