Interested in working in a Customer Service Representative Associate position in Amarillo, TX with a dynamic and growing company? RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES INCLUDE:
As a member of our Client Care Center, you will be helping clients with various financial services that impact their annuities. You will be receiving inbound calls to provide Customer Service Support to Internal Marketing Organizations, agents and customers.
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
• Excellent Customer Service
• Prior call center experience or relevant experience.
• Excellent computer and typing skills
• Simultaneously work multiple screens at one time.
• Availability to work different shifts between the hours of 7:00 A.M to 8 P.M
