currently seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and passionate
Litigation Attorney to join our progressive legal team. This is a
permanent position that offers a unique opportunity to work on a
variety of challenging and complex litigation matters. The
successful candidate will primarily focus on Commercial Litigation,
Employment Litigation, Healthcare Litigation, and Business
Litigation. This position requires a high level of professional
dedication, excellent legal research and writing skills, and a
strong ability to effectively manage multiple projects. Why join

Details Responsibilities: As a Litigation Attorney, you will be
responsible for managing all phases of litigation from inception to
resolution. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited
to: 1. Representing clients in Commercial, Employment, Healthcare,
and Business Litigation. 2. Conducting thorough and timely legal
research to support case preparation. 3. Drafting, reviewing, and
negotiating a wide range of legal documents. 4. Developing and
implementing effective litigation strategies to achieve successful
outcomes. 5. Advising clients on their legal rights and
obligations. 6. Working collaboratively with other attorneys,
paralegals, and support staff. 7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge
of changes in legislation and case law. 8. Ensuring compliance with
all court rules and procedures. 9. Participating in business
development activities to grow the firm's client base.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate for this position will possess
the following qualifications: 1. A Juris Doctorate (JD) from an
accredited law school. 2. Admission to the Texas Bar. 3. Minimum of
6 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney in a law firm or
private practice setting. 4. Proven track record in Commercial
Litigation, Employment Litigation, Healthcare Litigation, and
Business Litigation. 5. Excellent legal research and writing
skills. 6. Strong negotiation and advocacy skills. 7. Ability to
manage a high volume of cases and work under pressure. 8. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. 9. High level of integrity
and professional responsibility. 10. Strong analytical and
