Job Description DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Perform most of the work individually or in team setting. Essential tools will be provided; however, accountability and maintenance will be the employee's responsibility. - Work timely and expeditiously to deliver an on-time product without manufacturing errors. - Perform other duties as directed by leaders and management. - Actively participate in department safety, demonstrate excellent safety practices and behaviors which conform to all safety policies and procedures. Follow all OSHA safety regulations and wear prescribed PPE as required. - Embrace culture of Lean Manufacturing and the implementation of change - Ability to identify and communicate maintenance or product problems to departmental supervision. - Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results. - Perform other work-related tasks as assigned. - Comply with all Keystone Tower Systems Company and Safety policies and procedures. /n PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - A minimum of 3 years of experience in a heavy manufacturing environment - This will include the ability to calculate formula using basic mathematics, standard U.S., and Metric Measurements - Able read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, manufacturing drawings or similar information. /n SCHEDULE: - 10-hour shiftS - Overtime as needed. - Weekends as needed. /n COMPETITIVE BENEFTIS: (visit usbenefits.nov.com for more information about our benefits offerings) - 401(k) Retirement Plan - NOV matches every dollar up to 5% of base pay and overtime for every dollar you invest. - Competitive medical plans that are effective your date of hire.
