Job Summary:The Implementations Manager - Transition will manage a team of 4 individuals responsible for preparing the bank to successfully execute the migration to CSI's software. This team will assist banks in adjusting operational processes required to support this change and execute the core training and support required for a successful conversion project. ManagementManage a team of 4 located in multiple locations, including home officesDevelop and complete annual performance review with team members which will also outline departmental goals and individuals' goals.Keep current on CSI product enhancements, industry trends and best practices so that training plans can be developed and executed for team members.Ongoing management and mentoring of team membersPerform regular 1-on-1 meetings with employees with more formal performance discussions being executed once per yearReview and approve weekly expense reports for direct reportsReview and approve vacation requests for direct reportsReview and coach team members on past due tasks, driving on time completion and quality results.2. LeadershipDefine team goals and driving action to ensure achievementDrive ongoing evolution of transition team procedures and best practices.Drive the ongoing evolution of client training and support given during the conversion project period for newly converting banks. This activity will be completed in partnership with other CSI departmentsCollaborate with CSI internal teams to ensure that bank operational impacts are understood and evaluatedOngoing review and reporting of items such as goal achievement, team accomplishments, and team priorities3. TacticalProvide on-site support and training as needed for customer banksReview/modify CSI Bank Control Record (BCR's) options to meet bank processing requirementsWrite/verify integrated general ledger for secondary productsConduct Operations Analysis meetings with customer banksPrepare documentationServe as moderator for various meetings between newly converting bank and other CSI departmentsKnowledge of banking principlesBackground with General Ledger SystemsAbility to balance core applications to General Ledger systemUnderstanding of banking operations departmentsSupport NuPoint Security, FMS, and CIF applications for assigned projects.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:1.
