General Administrative Activitieso Managing the day-to-day activities in the front office and communications with management,employees, and sales associateso Maintain office equipment and office supplieso Answer phone and direct callso Open and distribute mailo Bank depositso Maintain filing systemo Maintain various databases, including direct mail list, advertising, property, sales, personnelo Make travel arrangements for Broker as requestedo Coordinate special events, such as periodic Company Sales Meetings and the annual Christmas Partyo Act as Notary Public for the Companyo Assist in all administrative activities in the Amarillo office, as well as Branch Offices. ? Marketing activitieso Create weekly print advertisements and meeting deadlines for sending to publicationso All listing activities, including following existing administrative procedures for new listings, statuschanges, closing procedureso Work within several websites in marketing our listingso Work within MS Publisher to make changes to existing brochures and other marketing pieces, or createsimple marketing pieceso Work within Excel and Access to prepare mailing lists for mailoutso Assist with activities associated with various websiteso Assist with all marketing activitieso Manage all social media activities including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram
