NewcrestImage is hiring a Director of Sales for one of our amazing hotels within our portfolio.NewcrestImage is a premier company in the hospitality space that designs, builds and operates state-of-the-art hotels for the most renowned brands in the industry. We are currently looking for a strong Director of Sales that will be responsible for maximizing revenue opportunities for the entire hotel.In terms of key responsibilities, first and foremost and just like every other position within our company, this role will advance NewcrestImage's core values of People come First, Communication is Knowledge, Giving is Fun, Experiences are Memorable and Response-Ability is Ours. While this position will be strategic, the ideal candidate must be able and willing to be "hands-on." In addition, some of the key responsibilities of the role are as follows:In conjunction with hotel leadership, develop and implement property sales strategies designed to attack specific market segments, key accounts, and identify need periods to achieve budget and RevPar growth.Set and articulate clear revenue performance sales goals and KPI's for the hotel and monitor performance against those goals.Provide scheduled sales training and ongoing individual coaching on areas that help drive new sales. Ensure sales team readiness and improve/increase sales effectiveness. Be a sales mentor to developing sales managers and leaders.Become a brand sales expert for the hotel, leveraging the brand programs, resources, tools and initiatives.Leverage the services and tools provided by the Company to include HotelSalesPro, TravelClick Hotelligence, CVENT, STR, Brand Systems & Reports, Brand lead sites, Training & Shop Service.Own the segment goals and take responsibility for leadership of those segments and results measure by revenue and market share.Perform sales reviews, coaching sessions, and sales calls to top customers.Achieve peak sales performance through development of a strong sales team. Continually monitor and evaluate hotel sales staff.Accountable for personal and collective segment revenue goals, and overall RevPar goals.
