Job DescriptionAMA TechTel is one of the largest telecommunications providers in west Texas, offering business class Voice, Internet, and Managed Services. The company is hiring for the position of Account Executive to join its commercial sales group. The position is based in Amarillo, TX, but with opportunities to sell state-wide.Working for AMA TechTel:

• $50,000 - $100,000+ income potential through Base + Uncapped Commission

• 401(k) programJOB SUMMARY:Account Executive will sell customized telecommunication services to business clients and is accountable for meeting or exceeding sales goals.Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to new and existing accounts
  • Promote and sell AMA's business class Voice, Internet, and Managed Services
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
  • Prospect and generate new sales opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strategic accounts
  • Generate proposals and presentations for potential customers
  • Partner with internal support teams to determine appropriate customer solutions
  • Negotiate pricing, service level, and contract terms with clients
  • Communicate effectively with cross functional teams
  • Ensure high satisfaction throughout customer lifecycle
  • Update and maintain customer records in sales tracking toolsQualifications:
    • Three years outside sales experience
    • Proficient using Windows-based software applications
    • Strong negotiation, problem solving, and analytical skills
    • Strong people and relationship management skills
    • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
    • Ability to analyze accurately with attention to detail
    • Ability to work independently and with others
    • Ability to comply with all Company safety procedures
    • Appropriate valid driver's license and driving record per Company standardsPreferred Experience
      • Bachelor's degree
      • Five years consultative selling
      • Bi-lingual/Española
