Job Description:
Job Description The client service coordinator is responsible
for establishing and directing operational communications and
logistical support between the company and our clients globally.
Requirements: Education: High school diploma or equivalency
Customer focused with a high sense of urgency in conflict
resolution High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe,
Share Point, and Excel Exceptional written and verbal
communication. Bilingual (English/ Spanish) preferred, but not
required Demonstrated ability to multitask under pressure, and
quickly solve problems Availability/ flexibility in schedule- we
operate 24 hours/ day and are filling multiple shifts High degree
of discretion dealing with confidential information Strong
attention to detail Ability to pass a background check/ drug test
Responsibilities/Job Duties: Receive and acknowledge requests for
service(s) from company clients in a timely and professional manner
Accurately enter service requests into Company logs, trackers, and
databases as directed Disseminate information pertinent to the
completion of service(s) in a timely manner and to the appropriate
parties Establish and maintain communication with company clients
and partners to track progress and ensure the timely, professional,
and safe completion of services Document, and provide a timely
written report of service deviances to on-duty Company supervisor
Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism when
interacting with company clients and partners Company Description
