Eatons Electrical Sector (Crouse Hinds, B-Line and Oil & Gas
business) is currently seeking a 3rd Shift Foundry Worker to join
our team. This position is based at our Amarillo, TX facility.
Position Overview: This position requires ability to provide
service to both mold and core area equipment and components with
routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and documentation of jobs.

function you will:
- Use compressed air and sand blasting equipment to perform
cleaning and service duties on core machines, core boxes, and their
components
- Use broom, shovel, and compressed air to perform cleaning and
service duties on disamatic machines and their components
- Move, stack and deliver materials manually and with a
forklift/front-end loader, including core boxes to core department
and cores to mold department
- Operate core machines as needed using the various machine
controls and their settings
- Manually remove cores from work conveyor and place in core
pan
- Operate automatic sweeper
- Follow cleaning schedules for all equipment
- Troubleshoot the operation of the equipment as it pertains to
mold and core quality, or the calibration of the sand mix system,
as needed
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly manner,
and apply 5-S program
- Understand and perform designed TPM (Total Productive
Maintenance) functions as required
- Perform and maintain various recordkeeping duties and clerical
operations such as documentation of job, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned throughout the facility. When

- High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution
- Must be able to work in the United States without corporate
sponsorship now and within the future
- No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only
candidates within a 50-mile radius of (enter location) will be
considered. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are
exempt from the geographical area limitation. Preferred
qualifications:
- Prior experience working a team environment
- Prior experience working in manufacturing Position Criteria:
- Ability to stand and/or walk for 8-12 hours and to lift/carry
up to 50 pounds
- Follow all safety regulations associated and wear all PPE
(personal protective equipment) as required including half face
respirators and PAPR (powered air purifying respirator)
- Work in various locations, including confined spaces, and at
varied heights using fall protection, permits, and other safety
processes and procedures as required including but not limited to
lockout/tagout
- Forklift and frontend loader certified (powered industrial
truck trained)
- Ability to work with limited supervision
- Ability to read, comprehend, and follow moderately technical
standards, work instructions, schedules, and maintenance
procedures
- Ability to work around molten metal and in a production
environment that is hot and subject to unexpected swings of
overtime (ability to flex personal schedule to cover tasks on other
shifts)
- Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively while
working with all employees throughout plant
- Ability to perform basic computer functions: eSafety, MESH
