What the role entails The Night Shift Operator will be responsible of the operations and remote operations of the Block Chain Data Centers. Technician will carry-out remote trouble shooting and minimal repairs when deemed safe. Technician will record issues and prepare work orders for the day shift technicians. Technician will report to the VP of Operations.

What you will get to do - To provide daily site status with trouble shootings that is on-going. - To provide working orders for the Dayshift. - Perform remote troubleshooting and provide real time technical support for site interventions, using SCADA, Foreman, Substation HMI ---. - Manage the remote operations of louvers, exhaust fans, substation breakers---. - Create non-conformity case or a site intervention request with the relevant applications. - Manage the planned/unplanned grid outage with the Grid operator - Works closely with Engineering and technical support team, to prepare/ improve the fault handling procedures and troubleshooting guides. Requirements: What you bring to the role - A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent. - Services oriented. - Fluent in English (Spoken & Written). - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office is required. - Ability to work with multicultural/multidiscipline teams. - Positive mindset with excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong team player. - Ability to work within structured work methods.
