Qualified applicants must have Front End Loader operating experience, with previous bulk truck load out experience preferred. -Responsibilities and Duties

• Front End Loader operations; load out bulk, chopped hay
• Control shrink on bulk product
• Operate with a high level of detail and precision on a daily basis
• Perform daily maintenance and housekeeping duties
• Maintain a safe working environment at all timesQualifications and Skills
  • Front End Loader experience required
  • Previous bulk truck load out experience preferred
  • Ability to control shrink on bulk product by operating with high attention to detail and precision
  • Ability to work and stand for 10 hours/day
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs.
  • Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment
