ESSENTIALS OF JOB: * Washing dishes, pots and pans, and utensils used in the department using proper protocols and/or as instructed by the Food Service Manager. (frequently) * Deliver clean and dry dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc., to the proper storage place. (occasionally) * Deep cleaning of assigned equipment. (occasionally) * Keeping work area tidy. Follow safety practices. (constantly) * Unload, load, and stock items needed for production. (frequently) * Sweeping, mopping, and/or other assigned floor care in areas of the department. (occasionally) * Gather trash and other refuse, taking it to the dumpster and disposing of it. (occasionally) * Deliver food in a sanitary manner according to a menu system and/or at request. (frequently) * Must be able to commit the time necessary from an attendance and punctuality standpoint to accomplish the above specified Essentials of Job. (constantly) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: * Must be able to read and speak English. * Prefer knowledge in the area of commercial dish and ware washing.
