Commercial Loan OfficerI am working with a community bank looking to bring on additional commercial lenders due to a series of retirements coming in 3-4 months. • 5 years in the banking industry
• 3 years of direct lending experience in commercial, agriculture, or small business lending
• Degree in finance or related business fields
• Knowledge of commercial lending and--service
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations for bank compliance
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems
• Strong interpersonal and relationship skills
• Ability to document, plan, market, and lead programs
