Job Description:

A company is looking for an AR System Power and Performance Architect.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop system power models for Wearable products based on use-case data flows
Provide SW teams with guidelines on system resource utilization and work closely with them to determine software policies for system power and thermal management
Contribute to improvements in power modeling tooling and capabilities, that can be leveraged across product lines and platforms

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in electrical, systems, or computer engineering for consumer electronics, robotics, automotive, medical devices or similar industries
BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering other related technical field or equivalent industry experience
Experience modeling system power and using that to inform trade-offs against key architectural decisions
Experience working with external silicon / electrical component suppliers to evaluate power consumption
Familiarity with benchtop equipment and profiling tools to characterize system- and component-level power consumption
